SUNDRIES PANTRY MENU
Our products are baked with ingredients we make from scratch. Our pantry is stocked with various and sundry dry goods, flavorings and other delights so our baked goods always taste unique and delicious. These are also available to you for your own baking adventures.

SYRUPS AND SAUCES | Available Summer 2021
Our syrups and sauces are botanical concoctions crafted with fresh fruits, flowers and ingredients from our garden - and always organic. Our syrups last for a year or more with proper storage. Our sauces are best if consumed within 3 months of opening.

Botanical Syrups

Gardenia Syrup: Use it as a replacement for extracts in baking - or elevate a summer pitcher or cocktail using in place of sugar.

Rose Petal Syrup: Great for adding a little love to your baking and beverages. We use this to enhance our Pistachio Rose Cookies.

Magnolia Syrup: Paired with sweet fruits and sweet flowers it is enticing. Partnered with spice and savory flavors it can stand its ground.

Honeysuckle Syrup: Our honeysuckle syrup brings back childhood memories - and that sweet, sweet joy that makes it easy to satisfy your inner child.


Caramel Maple Syrup: Creamy caramel made in our kitchen and pure maple syrup combine in a double threat. What Breakfast Blend cookie would be complete without a drizzle of this decadent topping? Delicious for breakfast and beyond (sometimes we eat it by the spoonful - no lie).

Blackest Black Cherry Sauce: Whole black cherries enrobed in a sultry mélange. Black Truffles and Black Pepper are just the beginning of this dark adventure. Red wine, dark rum, warm aromatic spices, balsamic vinegar and citrus seal the fate of this deep, dark luxurious reduction.

Blackberry Sauce: Whole blackberries mingle in a soft, syrupy creation. Thick enough to use as a topping for desserts, cheesecakes or breakfast, yet light enough to be added to baking recipes - we use our famous blackberry sauce in (and on top of) our Gardenia & Blackberry Cheesecake. It is to-die-for.

EXTRACTS
Our extracts are made with natural, fresh ingredients. Many of them grown in our own organic garden.

Almond Extract:Made with organic, blanched almonds extracted to peak taste and aroma.

Pistachio Extract: Made with organic, pistachios extracted to bring out a beautiful color and flavor.

Dark Vanilla Extract: Made with organic, Mexican vanilla beans extracted to bring out a rich, dark color and beautiful color and sweetness.

Toasted Coconut Extract: Made with young coconut flesh toasted and extracted to impart a nutty, creaminess to enhance your baking.

Lemon Extract: Organic, plump lemons, zested and extracted to create a vibrant concoction.

Lavender Extract: Organic flowering lavender is lightly dried and extracted to create a clean fresh flavor to any dish.

Autumn Spice Extract: Cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice and other spices reminensent of a brisk Autumn day are extracted together to create a comforting essence great for baking, ciders, or using as a pleasing scent in your home.

Cinnamon Extract: Whole cinnamon is extracted to perfection creating a perfectly balanced flavoring.

Espresso Extract: Fresh roasted espresso beans extracted to deliver the same simplicity and complexity of a brilliant pull of espresso.

INFUSED SUGARS
Our infused sugars are made with ingredients grown in our own organic garden. Married with a variety of different sugars, create a sweet, flavorful and unexpexcted addition to your cooking and baking

Lemon Lavender-infused Fine Sugar: Made with organic, fresh citrus and Lavender flowers, we use this sugar in our Lemon Lavender cookies. Great for brightening foods and beverages or adding a fresh, clean flavor to your baking.

Espresso-infused Sugar: Made with fresh roasted espresso beans and granulated, raw or brown sugars. Brings a delicious mocha or coffee taste and aroma to absolutely anything and everything you can imagine. We use this in our Espresso Chocolate Caramel and Breakfast Blend cookies. (We also love adding it to grilled meats, cakes, custards and so many other things)

Toasted Coconut-infused Sugar: Made with young coconut flesh; toasted and paired with granulated sugar. Adds just the right touch of creamy flavor to our Almond Coconut and Piña Colada cookies. Also delicious in coffee, tea and cocktails.

OTHER PANTRY SUNDRIES

Praline Pecans: Homemade bubbly praline poured over freshly-shelled Georgia pecans. Great to replace chocolate chips in cookies or as an addition to cakes and other baked goods. Also delicious by the handful.

Chocolate Covered Espresso Beans: Dark roasted espresso beans surrounded with a homemade blend of chocolates. Delicious as a treat or as an accessory to other baked goods. Amazing for the caffeine-addicted traveler in your life.
