Our syrups are botanical concoctions crafted with flowers from our garden.

Through a decoction-like method, the scent and flavor of these flowers are extracted into sugar for a sweet syrup-like texture that can be used as a replacement for liquid sweeteners like agave, maple and simple syrups or honey. And, also as a replacement for granular sugars in baking and beverage-making.

The delicate sweetness, alluring aroma and intriguing flavor are provocative additions to any culinary excursion.

We've bottled the gardenia's delicate essence to create a syrup that is swoon-worthy.

We use this to enhance our Pistachio Rose Cookies.
