Gardenia & Blackberry Cheesecake All our cakes and desserts are made with unique botanical concoctions. This garden-to-table approach creates a scrumptious, one-of-a-kind bite. From an old, french technique called 'enfleurage' to decoction, extraction, infusion and other experimentation - we capture the essence of spring and bake it into a cake, cookie, cobbler and anything else we can think of. Our Gardenia & Blackberry Cheesecake is made with an enfleurage of gardenia and cream cheese - and also a gardenia and butter enfleurage. The sugar used in the recipe is infused with gardenia and the richness of the cake is enhanced further with our Gardenia Syrup and Blackberry Sauce. We hate to brag, but our customers say it's the "best cheesecake ever" - and we agree!
